Group Tax Manager / Controller - Remote

Overview

AniCura is looking for a Group Tax Manager / Controller to support our growing international business by leading group-level tax accounting, reporting, and transfer pricing.

In Short

• Lead tax accounting and reporting for AniCura.
• Manage return-to-provision adjustments and true-up processes.
• Ensure accurate reporting of uncertain tax positions.
• Oversee operational transfer pricing and intercompany invoicing.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and external advisers.
• Lead responses to tax audits and maintain clear documentation.
• Support M&A and business restructuring projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in tax operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Tax team.
• Work in a hybrid setup across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of tax experience in an international setting.
• Experience with US GAAP tax reporting and transfer pricing.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Tax-related professional qualifications are a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
