Group Controller - Remote

Overview

The Group Controller position at KOSTAL involves overseeing financial operations, conducting variance analyses, and supporting operational controlling within a global family-owned company.

In Short

• Commenting on current business developments and conducting variance analyses.
• Supporting operational controlling tasks.
• Organizing intra-group service charge settlements.
• Coordinating and monitoring budgets and multi-year planning.
• Creating presentations for group management.

• Participating in overarching projects and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
• Assisting with cash flow analysis and group-wide closing processes.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Strong IT affinity for using SAP ERP and BI tools for reporting and planning.
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, with an independent and structured working style.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
