Junior Plant Controller - Remote

Overview

The Junior Plant Controller position involves supporting the preparation for the role of Plant Controller, focusing on cost calculations, deviations analysis, and management reporting in a manufacturing environment.

In Short

• Support cost calculation of goods sold for budget and forecasts.
• Analyze deviations of actual costs from planned costs.
• Calculate actual costs of raw materials and products.
• Participate in preparing management reporting packages.
• Calculate costs for new products and selling prices.
• Prepare information for auditors during financial audits.
• Support project teams with costing.
• Evaluate feasibility of production technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Good knowledge of financial standards and controlling tools.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Goal-oriented work attitude.
• Strong communication skills, including argumentation and moderation.
• Cooperative attitude and team player.
• Ability to learn quickly and proactive position.
• English proficiency (min. B2) for daily communication.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel, are an advantage.
