Overview

The Controller will oversee financial reporting, systems, and operations, ensuring high operational standards and providing advisory support to the executive team.

• Manage financial reporting and operations including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Develop and enhance accounting policies and workflows.
• Oversee implementation and integration of financial systems and automation.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Experience in team management within finance.
• Understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial technology tools.
• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively.
