Moxie is looking for a Controller to take ownership of our financial operations, ensuring compliance, financial health, and strategic growth.

In Short

• Oversee corporate books and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare and finalize corporate taxes and tax credits.
• Manage payroll reporting and ensure tax compliance.
• Implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
• Oversee sales tax reporting and compliance across entities.
• Manage financial software and vendor management.
• Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making.
• Develop financial dashboards for visibility into financial health.
• Optimize financial processes and introduce automation.
• Collaborate with executives and department leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively.
