In Short

  • We’re looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in top medspa markets.
  • This is an outbound-heavy, full-cycle sales role responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing opportunities independently.
  • You’ll work closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product to capture the right opportunities.
  • You’ll bring momentum and structure to how we sell into high-value segments.
  • If you thrive in consultative sales and care about empowering entrepreneurs, you’ll feel right at home.

Requirements

  • Industry acumen and curiosity about medspa profitability and operations.
  • Experience in full-cycle sales, especially in outbound-heavy environments.
  • Ability to position products in terms of business value and outcomes.
  • Strong pipeline and territory management skills.
  • Team-first mindset with a focus on feedback and coaching.
