In Short

• Be the Financial Leader for Moxie, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team.
• Own Moxie’s Operating Model, ensuring visibility into cash flow, revenue, and expenses.
• Manage Core Financial Operations, overseeing month-end close, taxes, and spend requests.
• Drive Strategic Finance Initiatives for resource allocation and long-term planning.
• Deliver Financial Clarity & Discipline through timely P&L reviews and analyses.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration with department heads on budgets and planning.
• Support Long-Term Growth Initiatives including M&A and audit readiness.
• Own Key External Relationships with vendors and partners.
• Balance Strategic and Hands-On Work, driving decisions and executing directly.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of monthly closes, reconciliations, and forecasting.
• Ability to build and scale financial operating models and support board-level strategy.
• Comfort operating as an individual contributor while building systems for scale.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership effectively.
• Relentless focus on accuracy, transparency, and stewardship of resources.
• This role is open to candidates located in the United States.
