Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a dynamic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within a defined market segment.

In Short

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
  • Coach, train, and mentor a team of 6–12 sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Utilize sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) to enhance engagement.
  • Leverage performance data to guide daily activity metrics.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR and sales leadership to address performance matters.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values.
  • Willingness to travel and work on weekends with short notice.
  • Fully remote position contributing from a non-NBCUniversal worksite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales management, ideally within a SaaS or payments environment.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong coaching, motivational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other CRM/sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong communication and forecasting skills with a strategic mindset.
