Overview

The Group Controller will analyze and interpret financial and performance indicators to manage the corporate group, collaborating with finance and controlling teams across divisions and subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling, finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in group controlling, controlling, or consulting, ideally with a focus on performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of controlling and corporate management as well as complex data analysis.
• Proficient in BI tools, ERP systems (preferably SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA), and MS Excel.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong affinity for numbers.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
