The Specialist in People & Organizational Development will contribute to talent management, succession planning, and the development of leadership programs while supporting employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
• Experience in strategic and operational HR development.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of modern HR tools, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
