• 5+ years of experience in organizational development and learning solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience with AI tools and digital platforms.

• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in planning and executing organizational development programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong at driving different stakeholders to action in a global environment.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Fluent in English - written and verbal.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with AI tools and digital platforms.
• Strong Office / Google workspace skills.
