Learning and Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position designs, implements, and facilitates organization wide training modules for team members that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Develop and execute learning modules including onboarding and technical training.
• Facilitate learning sessions and promote cultural awareness.
• Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather insights for training.

• Support team member onboarding and organizational development.
• Utilize modern learning technologies in training programs.
• Work independently with general supervision.
• Proactively handle difficult problems.
• Demonstrate accountability in maintaining high standards for learning.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in learning & development/training.
• Skills in learning science, training delivery, and facilitation.
• Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
• Supportive of a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer skills to navigate technology effectively.
