Overview

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven professional to play a key role in the successful implementation of our onboarding and to contribute to our long-term view of offering a personalized experience to all newcomers.

In Short

• Review and manage Culture HR products
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within culture products
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement new products
• Work closely with various stakeholders and P&C departments
• Implement a fundamentally different way to onboard people

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of experience in similar positions
• Advanced English skills
• Proven experience dealing with change management
• Product sense/mindset
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Solid communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in HR Culture teams would be a plus
