• Executing L&D strategies by delivering learning programs aligned with business and employee needs.
• Implementing learning processes within the organization.

• Maintaining records of learning programs, including attendance and assessments.
• Providing administrative support for leadership development.

• Engaging with employees and managers to deliver learning solutions.
• Monitoring and executing specific L&D KPIs.

Requirements

• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics.
• Experience in developing and managing comprehensive training programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report on key metrics.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
• Collaborative mindset and readiness to work with various teams.
