Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven ability to gather and communicate product requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in influencing user research approaches, analytics, and feedback loops.
• Successful coordination of product, operations, marketing, support, and sales teams.
• Track record of maintaining 12-month product roadmaps and strategic planning.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies and market trends in product decision-making.
• Demonstrated transparency in sharing team outcomes and progress across the organization.
• Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of product managers and analysts.
• Team leadership involving direct management of up to 3 PMs with structured growth plans.
• Hands-on involvement in designing and scaling product development processes across departments.
