Overview

The Student Finance Quality Assurance Processor at Ultimate Medical Academy is responsible for ensuring compliance across all Student Finance departments related to Federal Student Aid funds.

In Short

• Maintain compliance in Student Finance departments.
• Conduct quality assurance evaluations.
• Review and address past-due aid issues.
• Manage Title IV funding and resolve payment issues.
• Ensure documentation accuracy for student files.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Regularly check NSLDS for compliance.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Financial Aid and Title IV Regulations.
• No unresolved federal student loan defaults.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Desire for professional growth.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills.
