Student Finance Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Student Finance Advisor will assist the Admissions Department by advising prospective students about the financial aid process and helping continuing students manage their account balances.

In Short

• Coordinate communications and follow up on financial aid documents.
• Assist students with externship and graduation clearance.
• Review student default status and loan limits.
• Provide customer service regarding financial aid inquiries.
• Reduce Average Accounts Receivables for students.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Communicate compliance requirements effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Title IV Regulations preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Computer and internet literate.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
