Overview

The Student Advisor role involves providing course information and support to users, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and assisting potential clients in making informed educational choices.

In Short

  • Act as the first point of contact for users, answering inquiries and providing course information.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to offer detailed course consultations.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients and respond to their needs promptly.
  • Keep accurate customer records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the team to collect customer feedback for product and service optimization.
  • Stay updated on course content, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training webinars to enhance professional knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese, with basic English reading and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other related office applications.
  • Positive work attitude, patience, and customer-oriented service awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a professional approach to customer disputes.
