Internship in Group Controlling & Performance Management - Remote

Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Group Controlling within a large innovative manufacturing company, focusing on cash conversion cycle metrics and performance management.

In Short

• Develop a proposal for standardized metrics to analyze the Cash Conversion Cycle.
• Coordinate metric definitions with management and subsidiaries.
• Design and implement a process for data collection across the group.
• Integrate metrics into monthly reporting.
• Create a dashboard using SAP Analytics Cloud.

Requirements

• Student in Business Administration from the fourth semester onwards.
• Relevant experience through internships or working student roles in Controlling, Consulting, or Finance/Treasury.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Confident presentation and communication skills.
• High initiative and commitment.
• Results-oriented and structured work approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, SAC, SAP BW) is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
