As a (Senior) People & Organizational Development Manager, you will create conditions through targeted organizational development measures that promote sustainable growth and continuous learning. You are passionate about inspiring people to advance their development while shaping a future-oriented, agile organization.

In Short

• Build and maintain job architectures based on function evaluations.
• Develop competency frameworks in close collaboration with relevant departments.
• Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership and high-potential programs.
• Advise leaders on individual and team development topics.
• Measure the success of our talent development measures and continuously improve them.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training or studies in personnel development or a related field.
• Solid knowledge in developing competency models and job architectures.
• Several years of experience in talent development and organizational development.
• Ability to recognize and foster people's potential.
• Very good English skills; additional European languages are a plus.
