Overview

The Bikeleasing-Service is a rapidly growing service provider for leasing bicycles, promoting sustainable mobility and ensuring easy access to the benefits of leasing. We are on the lookout for committed and qualified employees to help us attract, develop, and retain the best talents.

In Short

• You will build and maintain job architectures based on function evaluations and develop our career models and development paths.
• You will develop competency frameworks for various levels and roles in close collaboration with our departments.
• You will design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, high-potential programs, and individual development measures.
• You will advise leaders on individual and team-related development topics.
• You will measure the success of our talent development measures, continuously improve them, and manage the Learning & Development budget.

Requirements

• You have a completed education or degree with a focus on personnel development or similar.
• You bring solid expertise in developing competency models and job architectures, as well as experience in implementing and optimizing supporting tools (e.g., Gradar, Leapsome, Personio).
• You have several years of experience in talent development, learning & development, and organizational development – ideally in an international organization with dynamic growth.
• You have a knack for people and the ability to recognize and foster their potential.
• As we are becoming more international, your very good English skills are part of your repertoire, and any additional European language is a plus for us.
