Overview

The Management Controller will supervise the management control team and support the management in defining the company's strategy, performance monitoring, and process management.

In Short

• Supervise and animate the management control team.
• Support management in defining company strategy.
• Develop strategic and operational dashboards.
• Monitor the evolution of dashboard data.
• Coordinate the budgeting process.
• Participate in monthly closings in local and IFRS standards.
• Elaborate and validate KPIs and monthly reports.
• Conduct ad-hoc studies for various departments.
• Lead financial improvement projects.
• Act as Key User for SAP FI and CO modules.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business/Engineering with a specialization in management control.
• Over 10 years of experience in management control in an industrial context.
• Experience in team management is preferred.
• Strong business orientation and operational impact understanding.
• Deep knowledge in management/accounting and financial impacts.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and Office tools.
• Project management skills.
• Fluent in English.
