HR Business Partner - Experienced - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Marcq-en-Barœul plant, contributing to the strategy and development of the Bread Making activity while enhancing safety culture.

In Short

• Act as the primary HR contact for your area.
• Promote safety culture and manage safety behaviors.
• Support managers in their managerial choices and development.
• Maintain and develop the social climate and employee well-being.
• Assist in recruitment processes and internal mobility management.
• Facilitate change management in line with company evolution.
• Participate in drafting and implementing company agreements.
• Manage legal and disciplinary cases.
• Supervise one or more collaborators based on projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of process industry and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of social legislation and legal frameworks.
• Ability to drive change and engage teams effectively.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficient in office tools.
