Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the Marcq-en-Barœul plant, focusing on improving safety culture and supporting the Bread Making activity.

In Short

• Act as the primary HR contact for the Bread Making sector.
• Promote safety culture and manage daily safety practices.
• Support and advise managers on managerial choices and employee development.
• Maintain a positive social climate and ensure employee well-being.
• Assist in recruitment processes and internal mobility management.
• Facilitate change management in line with company developments.
• Participate in drafting and implementing company agreements.
• Manage legal and disciplinary cases.
• Supervise team members based on projects and tasks.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial setting.
• Deep knowledge of process industry and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of labor legislation and legal frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and relational skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficient with office tools.
