HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be a key driver of business growth through talent development.

In Short

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Oversee performance management and develop high-performing teams.
• Coach managers and develop leadership skills.
• Enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with managers to improve interaction and productivity.
• Work with HR analytics and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct HR research, analyze results, and develop relevant initiatives.
• Manage L&D processes: identify needs, implement programs, and evaluate effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR, with over a year as an HRBP.
• Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle and successful experience optimizing processes.
• Experience with HRIS and HR tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR).
• Knowledge and experience in HR analytics for evaluating HR process effectiveness.
• Experience conducting HR surveys, analyzing data, and developing action plans based on results.
