Overview

OBRIO is seeking a Legal Counsel to strengthen its legal direction and provide quality legal support in commercial, contractual, corporate, IP law, and product compliance.

In Short

• Work with various types of contracts and legal documents to support a dynamic product business.
• Identify and assess legal risks, providing practical solutions for business operations.
• Develop product compliance in marketing, consumer protection, e-commerce, data privacy, and payments.
• Manage and protect the company's intellectual property portfolio.
• Optimize legal processes and develop Legal Operations.
• Provide legal support for corporate structures across various jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a leading law firm or tech company.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law from a reputable institution.
• Strong understanding of commercial, contract law, IP, corporate issues, data privacy, and compliance.
• Fluent in English, including legal document preparation.
• Able to analyze risks and transform complex legal issues into understandable business solutions.
