Overview

OBRIO is seeking a Data Analyst to help establish an analytical foundation for a new direction and transform data into strategic decisions.

In Short

• Work with a team of 15 analysts in a strong data infrastructure.
• Analyze key marketing, product, and operational metrics.
• Support A/B testing from hypothesis generation to analysis.
• Adapt existing analytical tools for new directions.
• Ensure a data-driven culture from the start.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth Marketing Managers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product or growth analytics.
• Comfortable in a zero to one environment with high uncertainty.
• Understanding of unit economics and metric impacts on business.
• Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to build or scale analytical processes.
• Proactive, ambitious, and data-driven.
