Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst will leverage their business and technical knowledge to organize and manage deliverables in a data warehouse consolidation and business intelligence implementation project, while also working with business and technical teams to understand business strategy and objectives, gather information, and ensure business requirements are being fulfilled throughout the entire data & analytics lifecycle.

• Conduct in-depth analysis using the data warehouse to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Interpret complex data sets and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data.
• Collaborate with IT teams for seamless data integrations.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or computer science preferred.
• 2+ years experience with programming languages (SQL, PLSQL, R, Python).
• 3+ years experience in data analytics on data warehouses (Oracle, SQL, Snowflake).
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Agile/SAFe experience is a plus.
