In Short

• Support the implementation of Bluesight SaaS products for hospital customers.
• Collect and synthesize data from various healthcare database systems.
• Ensure data integrity using Excel.
• Communicate data findings and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform data extraction tasks using SQL.
• Develop solutions for SFTP automation of reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Perform reconciliation and quality assurance of client data.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Assist in troubleshooting data issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, healthcare experience a plus.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Moderate experience with SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with a history of taking initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
