In Short

• Help hospital pharmacy teams leverage Bluesight’s ControlCheck and Diversion solutions.
• Combine clinical expertise with diversion prevention knowledge.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams.
• Guide customers through best practices and optimize workflows.
• Deliver targeted clinical training and consultation.
• Support customers during Executive Business Reviews.
• Manage the Diversion Collective for user community engagement.
• Align clinical insights with customer goals and product enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials for consistent education.
• Act as a trusted clinical advisor for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong communicator and facilitator.
• Experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and education.
• Organized and collaborative with hospital leadership.
• Passion for improving patient safety and diversion prevention.
• 5+ years as a hospital pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• 5+ years with hospital drug diversion programs.
• 2–5 years training or onboarding customers on software.
• Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience with ControlCheck or similar technology preferred.
