Technical Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Act as a main point of contact for customers to resolve escalated issues.
• Serve as the project manager for internal projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Set clear expectations with clients and ensure follow-through.
• Provide updates to management on project milestones and results.
• Produce technical procedures and documentation for applications.
• Assist with defining enhancements to products and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of customer support experience.
• 2-4 years of project management/client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Ability to adapt to change and think quickly.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Experience with EMRs like EPIC/Cerner a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
