Overview

As a Customer Training Specialist at Zenoti, you will work within our product implementation and adoption teams to deliver high-quality customer training to end users of Zenoti systems, ensuring maximum product adoption and client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Work with product implementation and adoption teams.
  • Develop instructional materials and training curriculum.
  • Identify customer training needs and deliver training plans.
  • Deliver product trainings via various channels.
  • Support implementation phase remotely or on-site.
  • Analyze usage metrics and customer feedback.
  • Assist in developing training program strategy.
  • Ensure maximum product adoption and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Experience with SaaS applications or enterprise software.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Background in instructional design is a plus.
  • Experience developing end-user training is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
