Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Training professional to upskill and drive development across a range of staff as well as ensure our Customer Service Teams develop their skills and successfully address clients’ needs.

In Short

  • Facilitate training programs for Customer Service Teams.
  • Develop training materials such as videos and manuals.
  • Deliver dynamic training sessions, including onboarding and refresher training.
  • Collaborate with Quality Team and Management to identify training needs.
  • Evaluate training success and report to Senior Training & Quality Team Lead.
  • Train new Team Members on the Training Agenda.
  • Provide performance reporting on new employees during onboarding.
  • Make recommendations for improving training techniques.
  • Cross-train existing Team Members on new updates.
  • Update training materials based on product releases.

Requirements

  • Expertise in training and development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and improve training programs.
  • Experience in customer service environments.
  • Resourcefulness and autonomy in decision-making.
