Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Customer Service Representative who can effectively communicate with our customers in Polish. This role requires a professional approach to handling inquiries, complaints, and providing exceptional support.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the medical device industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
