• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

• Act as the first point of contact for B2C customers and B2B clients.
• Schedule and conduct visits to potential and existing B2B customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience by addressing issues promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
• Fluency in French, German, and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of the meat/food industry or an eagerness to learn.
