Overview

The Customer Service Specialist at Murdoch’s is responsible for providing exceptional customer support for eCommerce customers through various channels, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

In Short

• Address customer complaints and follow up in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with returns and orders via email and phone.
• Provide support for website registration, order processing, and product inquiries.
• Liaise with store locations regarding customer issues.
• Process manual orders received by phone.
• Coordinate with courier companies on order issues.
• Work collaboratively with the eStore team to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a schedule of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some weekend work required.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with eCommerce retail concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT troubleshooting skills.
• Previous customer service experience via phone, chat, and email is a plus.
• Ability to work as a team to uphold company values.
