Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist at AdaptHealth, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful service for patients by managing inbound and outbound calls and processing orders efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in healthcare customer service or related fields.
  • Two years of experience for senior level positions.
  • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
