Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Habitat Health is seeking a Data Analyst to support our mission of redefining aging in place through data analysis and reporting. This role involves leveraging data to enable evidence-based decision-making within our healthcare organization.

In Short

• Use SQL to analyze clinical, operational, financial, and administrative data.
• Leverage Epic’s reporting tools to answer data questions.
• Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards.
• Work with engineering to develop ETL processes.
• Conduct data quality tests and maintain documentation.
• Build reports for PACE-specific measures and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with data team members for comprehensive analysis.
• Ensure accurate communication of data findings.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights.
• Engage in cross-functional teamwork in a healthcare setting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Epic’s Clarity data model.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Git is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data ontologies.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or PACE populations is a bonus.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks like Databricks is desirable.
• Ability to work in a rapidly scaling healthcare organization.
• Experience with complex clinical logic and longitudinal patient analyses.
