Overview

Habitat Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on staffing our PACE centers, contributing to our mission of redefining aging in place.

In Short

• Focus on staffing PACE centers with clinical staff.
• Manage direct-sourcing and full-lifecycle recruitment.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors and Center Leadership.
• Maintain a network of qualified candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems for candidate management.
• Project manage the interview process.
• Craft interview questions aligned with position requirements.
• Source candidates through various platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing hiring fairs.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 5 years in recruiting, specifically in clinical environments.
• Experience in direct-sourcing clinical talent.
• Hands-on experience in healthcare startup recruitment.
• Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Ability to partner with senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be located in California and able to travel to centers.
