In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the company.
• Partner closely with hiring managers as their go-to talent advisor.
• Build strong, engaged talent pipelines using smart sourcing strategies.
• Maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) with clean data and organized pipelines.
• Manage recruiting coordination from start to finish.
• Track key recruiting metrics and share insights with HR management.
• Support and improve interview frameworks and training resources.
• Use structured assessment tools for equitable hiring decisions.
• Train hiring managers on interview best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance employer branding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles.
• Proven success in recruiting for rapidly scaling startups.
• Experience building or improving talent acquisition frameworks.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using modern tools.
• Knowledge of structured assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
• Understanding of compensation practices in Canadian markets.
