Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in human resources, business, or communication.
• Several years of experience in in-house recruiting or personnel consulting, ideally focusing on specialists and executives.
• Solid knowledge in active sourcing, direct approach, and talent acquisition.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Structured, proactive working style with a high quality standard.
• Very good German and business fluent English skills.
