Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kinsta will oversee and execute full-cycle recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring outcomes in a remote-first environment.

In Short

• Manage all stages of the recruitment process.
• Draft job descriptions and create compelling job advertisements.
• Conduct kick-off calls with hiring managers.
• Advise on selection processes to attract top talent.
• Source and engage talent pipelines across multiple channels.
• Screen and interview candidates for skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation.
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever.
• Align recruitment efforts with broader People & Culture initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with GTM and/or technical roles.
• Strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Familiarity with ATS, specifically Lever.
• Near-native English proficiency.
