Billing Representative - Remote

Overview

Kinsta is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Billing Representative to assist customers with billing inquiries in a flexible and remote-first environment.

In Short

• Provide billing assistance via email ticketing system.
• Take ownership of customer billing issues and resolve them.
• Research and troubleshoot potential billing problems.
• Provide accurate feedback and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain invoicing and renewals for non-standard payment customers.
• Monitor overdue subscriptions and cancellations.
• Investigate billing-related projects as needed.
• Calculate pro-rated amounts for services.
• Work flexible hours from 4 PM to 12 Midnight UTC.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in web hosting and/or SaaS industries.
• Native-level fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining billing topics.
• Hands-on experience with subscription-based products.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Understanding of complex financial topics.
• Familiarity with Stripe is a plus.
