Overview

The Data Analyst at Pula will support the Associate Manager by ensuring effective data management, analysis, and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing agricultural insurance for smallholders.

• Conduct data quality checks and support field staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an NGO environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
• Strong skills in Python and R; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with mobile data collection technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
• Self-driven and capable of managing multiple tasks.
