In Short

• Legal Counsel position reporting to the Chief Legal Officer.
• Critical legal partner for product, commercial, and engineering teams.
• Provide real-time legal guidance on product features.
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Navigate regulatory landscape across payments and crypto-assets.
• Own contract lifecycle for merchant and partner agreements.
• Work across jurisdictions including U.S., UK, EU, LatAM, and APAC.
• Collaborate with Chief Legal Officer on strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in legal counsel, especially in tech or finance sectors.
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in crypto and payments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Technical curiosity and adaptability to new tools.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
