Overview

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner – Employee Experience & Events to lead Ashby’s efforts in creating a high-quality, engaging, and consistent employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience in leading employee experience programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships.
• Experience in scaling programs for a global workforce.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance strategic design with hands-on execution.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise in People Ops areas like internal communications.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities and have tough conversations.
