Overview

As a Senior Employee Experience (HR) Business Partner at Cropster, your main focus will be to create a positive environment for our potential, future, and current employees throughout the entire employee life cycle. You will also help our people leaders make the best decisions for their teams. Additionally, you will partner with our management team to support business decisions from a people perspective.

In Short

• Act as the main partner for our people leaders on employee experience and career-related matters.
• Collaborate with our Employee Experience team to strengthen our people-first mindset.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
• Oversee compliant and accurate time tracking in Austria.
• Administer various employee benefits and policies.
• Research relevant legislation and translate it into policies.
• Contribute to performance management and employer branding.
• Support various initiatives across employee experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience in HR management or related fields.
• Knowledge of Austrian labor law and social security regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for support.
• Ability to build trustful relationships.
• Strong sense of confidentiality.
• High level of accuracy and analytical mindset.
