Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Team Lead who enjoys leading a small, hands-on team and staying collaborative in a growth-stage environment. You will lead both inbound and outbound marketing to build pipeline, enhance conversions, and foster lasting customer relationships in the global coffee industry.

• Run A/B tests and analyze outcomes.
• Contribute to copywriting and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline across multiple channels.
• Hands-on skills in HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Well-versed in working with Sales and Product teams.
• Experience in growth-focused marketing.
• Fluent business English; additional languages are a plus.
