Overview

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for positioning our Roast & Commerce products in the market by effectively communicating their value to potential and existing customers. In this role, you will serve as the crucial interface between the Product Management team and the Commercial team, translating technical product features into compelling benefits. Your work will ensure that Cropster’s products resonate with target customers, drive adoption, and differentiate Cropster in the industry.

In Short

• Co-own the Product Business Plan with the Product Manager.
• Develop Go-to-Market Strategies in collaboration with product management and sales.
• Conduct in-depth Market Research and Segmentation.
• Increase Product Adoption and Cross-Selling opportunities.
• Execute Marketing Events aligned with product objectives.
• Enable Sales through clear communication of product value.
• Create and Manage Marketing Collateral.
• Monitor and Adjust Marketing Tactics based on performance.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the coffee industry.
• Experience in product marketing, market analysis, and product positioning.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Business and analytical mindset with quantitative skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills across departments.
• Fluency in English.
