Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Customer Success Cloud role is a strategic and impactful role for the company and will support the rapid expansion and market success of this global solution.

In Short

• Deliver the “Why Certinia” storyline via internal point of view alignment, category definition, and awareness building.
• Set strategy in partnership with Sr Director, Product & Solution Marketing and develop go-to-market messaging and programs for CS Cloud.
• Deliver unique and differentiated thought leadership presentations at conferences and customer events.
• Develop plans for and enable Campaigns and Field Marketing teams through content creation.
• Enable Sales with clear positioning, messaging, and training.
• Provide product and value-based training to the sales organization.
• Work closely with Marketing to build analyst and influencer-based visibility.
• Coordinate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Engineering.
• Be the voice of the customer to market-facing leadership and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field.
• 8+ years direct product marketing experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions.
• Excellent verbal presentation and communication skills.
• Driven, self-motivated, and focused on optimizing go-to-market approaches.
• Highly creative, decisive, and results-oriented.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
